Burger King Midrand in Sanridge square has the worst drive thru. It’s not even busy but the line is not moving at all. This is my 3rd time here and it’s always like this. Wow, I’m not coming here again
The service has been extremely poor, with frequent connectivity issues, especially on weekends. They rarely answer their phones. Due to this ongoing frustration, I have decided to give them a 30-day notice to terminate my subscription. Even now, I am using my own data because my Fibre Sky link is down. As I write this review, I am trying to contact their technical support, but they are not answering. This level of service is unacceptable. I am done!!
Alex forbes is deliberately delaying my provident fund payment. I am currently seeking attorneys that can help take action against them. their agents are clueless, Their supervisors make empty promises. Jasmine promised that she's going to get back to me but she never did. I feel sorry for people who have their pension in this company. the customer service and claim process is just horrible. I know they are going to respond to this review with their copy and paste replies
This is a follow up on my previous complaint. I am still not assisted. The provident Fund withdrawal was requested on 14th August, it's now 15th October. still no sign of progress not even a phone call. seems like I have to take the matter to social media and hear other people's experiences with this company
I have logged a claim for my provident fund on 14th August 2024. I received an SMS from Alex Forbes on 31 August 2024 that they did receive my claim and it will be paid within 6 weeks of withdrawal date. I called today and the agent seemed clueless about the turn around time and status of the claim. last week I spoke to a different agent and she was also clueless on what is going on. seems like Alex is going to send me from pillar to post or their agents are just ***********. no one is able to give a straight forward feedback after holding on the line for almost 30 min. and I was also considering transferring my current pension to Alex forbes but looking at this lengthy withdrawal process I have to think twice. I hope someone is goin to give me a call and give me a straight answer on the status of the claim.
I am so disappointed at Mercedes Benz Century city. took my car in for service on 08 February and collected on the Friday the 9th. I just noticed now that my windshield washer is pumping slow. I went to the garage because i thought it ran out of water but to my surprise the water is still fine. I didn't have this problem prior taking my car to Mercedes for services. so obviously they did something during service. now I'm questioning if the service was even done properly. I paid a lot of money for this poor service and I want them to be accountable for this. i need someone to contact me and fix this urgently
FNB credit card call Centre is pathetic to the core. These agents are not trained. I just called now with my own airtime wanting to know whether my credit card is up to date or not but the agents kept on transferring me to another then suddenly call dropped. I spoke to Ernest he then Transferred me to Thandeka who also had no clue and put me back to the queue. Calling that call Centre is not cheap for one to be subjected to such mediocre service. I’m going to cancel my credit and go to another bank
Telkom insurance is a scam. When it's time to claim for damages to your phone they make excuses. I took my iPhone to them 2 weeks back at mall of Africa. still there's no feedback. Call centre agents are clueless as they keep on saying different things just to end the call. I'll never take another cellphone contract with them when I'm done with this one.
superbalist is a scam. I bought a jean last week, unfortunately it does not fit me properly so I requested an exchange. I selected Unit 4 Parow Business Park, Jean Simonis St, Parow, Cape Town as the pick up point. i went there on Friday to drop the jean but they told me they could not locate the order or request. I left and then later received a message saying they could not collect my stuff. the exchange was rescheduled to Monday 03 December yesterday. i called the call centre in the morning they confirmed driver is on his way to parow to collect and I had to rush to parow , wasting my petrol. got there and was told they don't have this request but they asked me to leave it there and will give it to the driver when he arrives. later yesterday i received stupid SMS saying the driver could not collect. how the ****? the jean is at your branch but you telling me driver could not collect. I'm you did not expect me to wait whole day at the branch because the stupid drivers don't even call . I have now sent an email requesting for a refund. I'm not buying from them again
