After 2 weeks of struggling to get an appointment Fibreclean came to clean our carpets on 29 April 2015.<br> After they left and we started to put everything back we noticed that a big custom fit mirror was broken in the one room. We took a photo and emailed Justin that same day. We got a response the next day that he will investigate and we should get n quote to replace. Which we did and emailed (R1300.00.) We had to follow up rumours times before he requested another quote,, he needed two for the insurance. Once again we did and send it through. We had to phone and follow up - no feedback from there side. Eventually we where told he got a mirror from one of his suppliers not using one of the 2 quotes we supplied. The mirror was delivered Friday 12 June 2015, not fitted, just delivered, with yet another excuse that the people who broke the mirror will come and fit the mirror but they are sick. Its been six weeks and it has still not been sorted
