POOR SERVICES & DELIVERY
Place my order 28th Feb and still have not received my order. 11/03/2025. emailed 3 times phoned, never available. Eventually spoke to a lady yesterday she would have sorted the order before the end of the day and yet no parcel or feedback again.

Scam - Mr SHOPPER
Poor Poor Service. They are BIG scammers don't use. Purchased products on 27 Nov it was confimed for delivery on the 7th on the 6th the delivery date changed to the 10th. Today is the 17th nothing has been delivered. The status shows our for delivery but nothing Contacted the so called call centre but no answer EVER. We send emails and WhatsApp up but can't get hold of anybody. It's been 7 days and still no delivery no feedback and you can't get hold of anyone. Got the number of the courier they use but also just voice message no answer. BIG SCAM

POOR SERVICES STEERS
We have been having numerous issues with this branch. We ordered over the phone when we get the order its incorrect. We started ordering on the app and still they get the orders wrong. Every time we have to go back then its sorry and then we have to get the correct order. But how many times before they sort out the problem? We are driving up and down all the time. When you are looking for the owner she is not available. The staff them self aren't very helpful and I also noticed when working with the chip they don't have gloves, so touching the chip when putting it in the bags, its not hygienic . I will not be ordering from them again.

BAD SERVICE
After 2 weeks of struggling to get an appointment Fibreclean came to clean our carpets on 29 April 2015.<br> After they left and we started to put everything back we noticed that a big custom fit mirror was broken in the one room. We took a photo and emailed Justin that same day. We got a response the next day that he will investigate and we should get n quote to replace. Which we did and emailed (R1300.00.) We had to follow up rumours times before he requested another quote,, he needed two for the insurance. Once again we did and send it through. We had to phone and follow up - no feedback from there side. Eventually we where told he got a mirror from one of his suppliers not using one of the 2 quotes we supplied. The mirror was delivered Friday 12 June 2015, not fitted, just delivered, with yet another excuse that the people who broke the mirror will come and fit the mirror but they are sick. Its been six weeks and it has still not been sorted
