<p>We had a confirmed appointment by e-mail for Fibreclean to clean our carpets on Monday the 08th August in the afternoon. I took a days leave especially for them. Just before 4pm I called their offices to see what time they are arriving and no one answered the phone. I then called the sales person on her cell phone and she didnt answer either. I then tried sending an e-mail asking what time they will arrive and still nothing. I tried calling her cell phone again a few times with no response. Up until today I have not heard a single thing from them. I really cannot believe how some people are still in business if they can run their companies this way.</p> <p> </p>
