Terrible service received from Vumatel. We logged a call on Wednesday # 409150 as we weren't getting internet and they confirmed that there was an issue with our line which could take up to 3 days to fix. Wednesday afternoon they arrive at our premises and confirm there is a break in the line and that the installation guys will come on Thursday. Thursday morning a call and the rude lady tells me that she can't give any information but she will escalate the issue to the installation team to call me, still nothing. I call again on Friday and once another rude consultant tells me that she can only escalate the problem, she can't give me a contact number to call as apparently the installation guys only work from online queries. I explained so many times that my husband and I work from home and its costing us loads for data but they don't give a hoot. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I actually spoke to a kind and helpful gentleman on Thursday but unfortunately I didnt have my reference number. Please get someone over here Vumatel!!!

Can you believe its been a whole month since Makro responded in my hellopeter review and still nothing has been done, we are still waiting for our requested refund for the undelivered goods. I got a call from Makro Germiston on the 21 December and the guy said that he will be attending to our refund immediately, upon checking today we still have no refund and no calls. I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Please really reconsider before purchasing from Makro, they quick to take your money then you have to fight for it to be delivered and then you need to sit for days to try and reconcile what has and what has not been delivered. Honestly the worst service I have ever received.

Terrible online service. I placed an order for over R5000 on the 25th November for delivery between 2 and 5 days. Its the 5th December and still no sign of delivery, in fact they have not even packed my order as yet. The very next day of placing my order I get 2 packs of earbuds delivered???? What a waste of petrol and time Makro, sure you can do better. I called this morning just after 8am and spoke to Katlego who said she was just waiting for the store to open at 9am, she would do her research and get back to me, its after 1pm and I have still heard nothing!!!! Try and call them and you wait a minimum of 10 minutes. All I would like to do is cancel my order...... I needed the majority of goods I ordered pretty urgently and I have now been forced to go and buy them anyway. Shocking to call yourself an online service, more like an online no-service.
Absolutely shocking to do business with. This is my second time ordering shoes through them and both times my order was cancelled due to no stock. How can you have an online service and allow people to purchase when you have no stock? Both times I have ordered for my daughter's birthday and I now need to find a quick alternative. I will NEVER order through them again. Now I have to wait until they decide to credit my account in order to buy something else. Please think nicely before using them to buy goods.
SHOCKING SERVICE. They are doing the security for our complex in Broadacres. I have been asking them since the 25th April 18 to do our new tenants biometrics and this has still not been done. I have sent the 7 e-mails to have this loaded and still nothing has been done about it and they haven't even bothered to come back to me. Lovely was to run a business.
I really cannot believe how bad the service has been at Telkom, I cancelled my account on the 19th July, I went in to Cresta branch and received a copy of the cancellation. In August they charged me the full monthly amount after been told that it should take approximately 21 business days to cancel, therefore August I should have been charge half the amount. To my surprise they charged me again in September after trying numerous times to call them and e-mail them about the cancellation that should have taken place in August. I eventually went to Cresta branch to try and sort this out and request a refund but apparently they don't handle account queries and they sent me back to square 1, calling the call centre. They were not interested in even looking for the original cancellation that was supposed to be sent through, the excuse was that they needed to know who the consultant was that I dealt with originally and they had no idea which computer the cancellation was sent with. I then sent through the original cancellation request plus a statement from August to show I paid the full amount (Sep they apparently didn't have a statement even though I paid) to the e-mail address ********** and I keep getting a different consultant saying that there is no credit due. I have advised them that I am disputing the fact that there is no credit due and I would like to speak to someone who can assist me and they tell me that they are the correct people and that there is nothing that they can do. Surely they should want to try and help their clients as best they could? But instead they are hiding behind their computers saying what they want to knowing that there is nothing we can do. Takondwa, Edman, Nthabiseng, Phindile, have been nothing but unhelpful and keep passing the buck with one line answers. I honestly cannot believe that a company can run like this.
<p>We had a confirmed appointment by e-mail for Fibreclean to clean our carpets on Monday the 08th August in the afternoon. I took a days leave especially for them. Just before 4pm I called their offices to see what time they are arriving and no one answered the phone. I then called the sales person on her cell phone and she didnt answer either. I then tried sending an e-mail asking what time they will arrive and still nothing. I tried calling her cell phone again a few times with no response. Up until today I have not heard a single thing from them. I really cannot believe how some people are still in business if they can run their companies this way.</p> <p> </p>
