I bought a car from them in March last year. 2 weeks ago I had a problem when I found out that some ****mers cloaned my car. With all the proof that the car is mine, I also needed my invoice of which I didn't have anymore. The lady by the name of Mandisa when I contacted her, it didn't take her that long to get me a copy of my invoice. Friendly

*****ULENT NIGERIAN OWNED DEALER, SELLING ACCUDENT WRITTEN OFF CARS, RESREPRESENTING THE CARS
Chris and his Manager are *****ulent, they entire workshop or whatever that is (it’s not a dealership) is a *****! they tried to sell me an accident written off Mercedes A250 sports that had so many faults they **** about the car being involved in an accident, they also tempered with the mileage on the car and said it only had 63km, the car was reporting an auxi****y battery malfunction, wasn’t serviced, they also refused to give me the cars road worthy certificate because it was not road worthy, Chris and the manager were rushing me to sign the contract without even seeing the vehicle , I got there with someone certified to inspect the car as they were trying to sell it as an AMG and we found out it was not even an AMG. When the inspection was going on and we picked up that the car was indeed involved in an accident they started admitting to that and getting very defensive. All the cars sold by this shop are accident written off cars, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The cars look fine but they are not

https://www.cars.co.za/for-sale/used/2017-Mercedes-Benz-C-Class-C-250-AMG-Line-Auto-Gauteng-Johannesburg/9968326/ This is an accident damaged vehicle with ti's history: * 2018-05: Rear Left & Underbody Damage * 2024-07: Rear Damage * 2024-08: All sides + Interior + Mechanical Damage. The mileage is also tweaked. It was just over 120 000km in July 2024!!!

ACCIDENTAL CARS SALES IN PRETENCE
This guys sell write off cars fixed it and sell it to us when you buy the car after few weeks it start giving you a lot of problems and when you call to complain the said manager becomes very rude to you. My sister bought a car from them ( Fidelity cars) the car started giving us a lot of problem when we went to Mercedes to check the car we discovered that the car was badly involved in an accident and it was fixed. But when we asked they said to us it was accident free only to found out later it was involved in an accident. No one should buy cars from them as you will regret it and the customer service is also very poor. This guys are really taking advantage on us

When my sister asked when she was purchasing the car they said it was accident free. now we don't know what to do with car as it require a lot of money to be fixed. I am writing to warn other people to stay away from that dealership as you will regret it i promise you
