Noxolo with pathetic service
You can remove my reviews all you like Noxolo you know you are wrong. We spoke last year and I confirmed that all policies be cancelled you only cancelled one and left 1, recently debited my account and refusing to refund. Don't refund make sure it doesn't happen again I don't wanna be associated with old mutual

Noxolo you are pathetic. Last year I complained that policies were cancelled why are you debiting me, you told me it's only one that I cancelled not both and you won't refund me. I said to you I don't want them both, that was last year. You called me a minute ago you are saying the same thing you said last year that you won't refund me as I didn't cancel and yet I spoke to you last year and cancelled both. Keep the refund hope it makes your bank account fat. I don't 2wanna have anything to do with your company excuses all the time wheu you *******ly debit our accounts and we want refund. After Noxolo called me this morning to ask for m y details process refund, later on she called me and said she won't refund me. Then my complaint was removed from Helopeter by Old Mutual cause they don't wanna send proof to me that i cancelled policies months back

I'm disgusted with false promises
This morning I got a call from Noxolo requesting my bank statement and copy of the ID and promised to refund the moment she gets the documents. She calls now to tell me I won't be refunded because I only cancelled funeral cover not life cover. Then when I tell her that I cancelled everything and I did get a call to confirm back then. She wants me to tell her date and time of the call. How is that possible? It is not my fault if someone didn't do their job as I specified about my financial issues. I gues this is the way of keeping the little money that I paid. This morning she promised me that she is refunding me after I send bank statements. Now she says she won't. So she **** this morning when she said I'd be refunded. Old Mutual doesn't want to refund me just +-R550. It's disgusting

I want my car keys
I'm insured with King Price. I was in an accident 2 weeks ago and the vehicle was at Auction Nation Pretoria. My vehicle was written off which is fine. I decided to fix it myself and canceled the claim. My cat was towed back to me earlier today. But unfortunately my car keys didn't come with the car and they can't find them and yet in assessment report photos it shows it was delivered to them with the car keys. Also the windows of my car front left and right are covered in plastics. They were not broken and not broken its just that they lost the car keys to start the car and roll them up. I want my car keys delivered to me by 10am tomorrow as the car is parked in an awkward position at my cimplex
