I bought my orange fieldbar on the 6th of October and after I received it I used it only once and the paint chipped and I reached out to them via email after registering my fieldbar and I was told I’m responsible for couriering the fieldbar back to them so they can fix and I asked if they will send the courier people to collect it they said no how come when even your Shein which is based in china they come fetch their products at no fee while fieldbar is expensive but they just don’t seem to care. I just paid R400 for postnet as I don’t trust the other companies imagine even the who was assisting me was also shocked she even googled the product and said they don’t about their consumers. I’m really not happy at all about how the whole situation was even handled. That time we work hard for our monies
