****?! Don't expect communication from these people

If I could give zero stars , I would!! They seem legit until you try to contact them. I placed my order for 2 scrub pants, paid and sent POP. AFTER this was done I still received an email stating I must please pay and send POP before my order will be processed. I sent an email explaining I have already done this; asking that they confirm payment or at least POP was received. 5 days later, no response. I emailed again AND contacted them via Instagram (since their Facebook page is no longer active). I wanted to phone but much to my surprise THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER!

I get that their turnaround is 7-14 business days as apparently everything is made by hand but there has been absolutely NO communication.

This is utterly unacceptable.
