I placed my order online with Fifi Scrubs 14 days ago. They sent me a reply with confirmation of order and banking details. I paid for my order and never heard from them again. All attempts at contacting them has been unsuccessful.

Scrubs from Fifi scrubs
Once you have made payment the communication ends…. Maybe after 4 months you may get delivery. I have ordered scrubs to take overseas 4weeks ago and emailled at least 4x requesting feedback but it’s like hitting your head against a brick wall, you just end up with a headache! Buy from Wiggle scrubs, amazing communication and quick delivery! Quality is great too, I will just imagine fifi scrubs exploited me for the payment as I leave this week overseas.

Scrubs from Fifi scrubs
Once you have made payment the communication ends…. Maybe after 4 months you may get delivery. I have ordered scrubs to take overseas 4weeks ago and emailled at least 4x requesting feedback but it’s like hitting your head against a brick wall, you just end up with a headache! Buy from Wiggle scrubs, amazing communication and quick delivery! Quality is great too, I will just imagine fifi scrubs exploited me for the payment as I leave this week overseas.

Ridiculous
The response I received after NAGGING for feedback: "Hello, thank you for your contact Monies were received 4 business days ago. Our orders take 14 business days for sewing as they are handmade then are sent over to the couriers, as per our website. Many thanks!" This response was sent on the 20th of September ... we are now standing on 19 business days later and there hasn't been ANY communication. HOW is this place still in business??

Poor communication, very slow service, items missing from order
Please don’t waste your time with this company. Getting any information out of them regarding your inevitably delayed order is very frustrating and painful. No phone number to call, no response on instagram and only receive generic replies to emails. My order that was supposed to take a few days took over 3 weeks and when it arrived, items were missing. And now I get no response to my emails.…surprise surprise. Will never recommend this site or order again.

If I could give zero stars , I would!! They seem legit until you try to contact them. I placed my order for 2 scrub pants, paid and sent POP. AFTER this was done I still received an email stating I must please pay and send POP before my order will be processed. I sent an email explaining I have already done this; asking that they confirm payment or at least POP was received. 5 days later, no response. I emailed again AND contacted them via Instagram (since their Facebook page is no longer active). I wanted to phone but much to my surprise THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER! I get that their turnaround is 7-14 business days as apparently everything is made by hand but there has been absolutely NO communication. This is utterly unacceptable.

Poor service, not delivering the scrubs as promised
I ordered a scrub top at FIFI Scrubs on 25 January 2023 and paid the full amount. Despite submitting the POP to the email requested, they did not register the order. Only after I mailed them a week later, the order was logged. I have since e-mailed FIFI Scrubs on more than 2 occasions. Their turn around time is apparently 14 working days. Despite that, I have not received my scrubs more than 6 weeks after the order was placed. Their service is absolutely appalling! Beware of this company. No tracking of your order is available. There are a multitude other scrubs companies to support. Think twice.
