I ordered a scrub top at FIFI Scrubs on 25 January 2023 and paid the full amount. Despite submitting the POP to the email requested, they did not register the order. Only after I mailed them a week later, the order was logged. I have since e-mailed FIFI Scrubs on more than 2 occasions. Their turn around time is apparently 14 working days. Despite that, I have not received my scrubs more than 6 weeks after the order was placed. Their service is absolutely appalling! Beware of this company. No tracking of your order is available. There are a multitude other scrubs companies to support. Think twice.
<p>My story began after I was due for a replcement of the windscreen of my car and was dirceted to PG Glass by my insurance company. The claim had been approved already early in December 2016. We tried to secure an online appointment: 3 Times!!! Everey time, promises were made that were not kept. Either they did not phone us back as promised, or they did not pitch for the appointment to replace the windscreen at my house. We went on holiday to Cape Town and was informed that they will contact us in Cape Town to replace the windscreen there. But, once again, they did not keep their word and did nothing at all, no phonecall, no apologies, no nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was clear by then that the online service was only specialising in lipservice, and could not be trusted. Out of depseration, my husband physically went to PG Glass Menlyn, on 16 January 2017, more than 6 weeks after the original request, in order to make an appoinment. They promised to call us back, but once again no service was forthcoming from this big national company. (I wonder if this now qualifies as lying?)</p> <p> </p> <p>I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter, see below, on 17 January 2017:</p> <p>"Useless and incompetent service</p> <p>I have tried to secure an online booking on 3 different occasions I'm December 2016, for replacement of my car's windshield. Each and every word had to be spelled and no appointment was secured. Eventually my husband drove to the Menlyn branch on 16 January 2017. It was promised that someone would call us back, to no avail. This is the worst service I have ever encountered from a supposedly national company. "</p> <p> </p> <p>The head office phoned me the following day, and we had a teleconference with the person responsible to replace my windscreen. The promised once again that they will replace my windscreen at my work address, on Friday 20 january 2017, between 9 an 11. Guess what? They never pitched, even with head office involved. (They promise, they never keep their promises to me, I think this is lying,) I still have a windscreen to be replaced and is now begging for service for almost 2 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>My conclusion is that PG Glass is not interested to help me. It is my opinion that they are useless. Really beyond incompetent and the service is non-existing, in my personal experience. the service is lower than 1 star, it is a zero star service, because there is no service at all. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
