Ridiculous

The response I received after NAGGING for feedback:

"Hello, thank you for your contact

Monies were received 4 business days ago. Our orders take 14 business days for sewing as they are handmade then are sent over to the couriers, as per our website.

Many thanks!"

This response was sent on the 20th of September ... we are now standing on 19 business days later and there hasn't been ANY communication. HOW is this place still in business??
