Poor service, not delivering the scrubs as promised

I ordered a scrub top at FIFI Scrubs on 25 January 2023 and paid the full amount. Despite submitting the POP to the email requested, they did not register the order. Only after I mailed them a week later, the order was logged.

I have since e-mailed FIFI Scrubs on more than 2 occasions. Their turn around time is apparently 14 working days. Despite that, I have not received my scrubs more than 6 weeks after the order was placed. Their service is absolutely appalling! Beware of this company. No tracking of your order is available. There are a multitude other scrubs companies to support. Think twice.
