CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERELY LACKING
I have ordered form this company , and I admit, I made a mistake on the order and realised within 3 days of placing the order. As I know It takes a while to manufacture the items I tried to contact Stephan , Who is the boss it seems on all the available media as on the website. Eventually Stephan replied that he will re invoice me on Monday, and yet I have not received anything. Really disappointed in this company.

08 Sept 2020, 08:29Well it didnt take long for them to respond after I made a public complaint. But lesson learned if you complain about this company they delay your order by 60 days wanting you to ask for a refund for an order they have not started on and taking 35% of your as in their order agreement . For doing nothing. Thats probably how they make their money
