Rudest reply to a client EVER!
The worst experience ever, Stephan the owner is extremely rude and gets personal at the drop of a hat. but don't worry his insults how ever lacks imagination and still fails to answer the question.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERELY LACKING
I have ordered form this company , and I admit, I made a mistake on the order and realised within 3 days of placing the order. As I know It takes a while to manufacture the items I tried to contact Stephan , Who is the boss it seems on all the available media as on the website. Eventually Stephan replied that he will re invoice me on Monday, and yet I have not received anything. Really disappointed in this company.

I have purchased filament online from Filament Factory on several occasions (PLA and ABS) and received great service on each occasion. Service is prompt and professional. Outstanding product quality. I will highly recommend them anytime.

Good filament and good customer service.
I have purchased quite a few rolls of PLA and PETG from FF. Steph is knowledgeable and helpful and the filament is generally very high quality. The colours in particular are vibrant. I did have a quality issue with one roll of PETG where it was extremely brittle but I have contacted Steph and informed him of the issue. He has committed to replacing the roll as soon as I can return it which counts as great customer service in my books. Will complete the story once I visit with the brittle roll.

Good filament and good customer service.
I have purchased quite a few rolls of PLA and PETG from FF. Steph is knowledgeable and helpful and the filament is generally very high quality. The colours in particular are vibrant. Filament Factory pathetic service
Hi all please avoid buying anything from Filament Factory, the guys name is Stephan Kotze and he is service is pathetic to say the least, he takes your money and promises to dispatch goods within 10 days, i placed an order on the 14th of September and paid in full, i still have not recieved my order and he refuses to take my calls, he send a mail saying that i cannot get a full refund, he charges a 35% handling fee, for what? Please stay away you order stuff and never get it and then he wants to take 35% of your money, please people lets put his name and company out there and help others to not fall into his trap!!!

Really bad service.
Ordered PLA from Stephans website that stated there is stock available. on the 27 Dec 2018 made my payment and Whatsapp Stephan to confirm if I can collect. my order. Stephan informed we that there is no material in stock and that he will be getting in the 2nd of January and that he will need 2 days to complete the order. Yesterday Whatsapp Stephan to ask for an update of my order. Read the WhatsApp and did not reply anything. Today 7 of January 2018 Whatsapped again with no success. Will not recommend placing an order with Filament Factory. Lack of communication will be the downfall of this business.

Poor service from Filament Factory
