Helped with a refund related to the flight cancelations in the middle east.
They would be a great platform if they just listened. I've reported a bug to them four times and each time they just try to stall and sidestep the issue. It's SUCH an easy bug to replicate. Simply go into the exchange, in parallel send an arbitrary amount of BTC to one of the wallets associated with the account from off the exchange (on-chain TX). For the full duration of the 3 confirmations ALL of the BTC in the luno wallets will be unavailable to trade with. It is a MAJOR bug and dead easy to replicate and they are so incompetent that they refuse to listen each time I report it. Additionally, they now have limited daily and monthly BTC withdrawals with absolutely no indication of what criteria has been used to apply the limit and no reasonable way to request the limit to be removed. Just save yourself the trouble and use VALR which became what Luno should have become. Luno is now no different to the companies in the buildings next to them.
If I strapped my parcel to a ***eon and let it fly to South Africa from China, I can assure you that it would arrive at me sooner than the time that it takes for Aramex to deliver. I get about two parcels a month through DHL and FedEx. DHL is the clear winner with FedEx in a fairly distant second but then, miles behind both of them, is Aramex. Some companies are so unaware of their incredibly bad offering and that is why they keep on going they way that they do. If this is the case with Aramex then I hope that they are looking at these reviews and doing something to change it.
I receive shipments from China regularly. When doing so I use DHL mostly but from time to time use FedEX and TNT. Between the three carries TNT is by far the most unreliable. DHL comes out top with FedEX sitting in the middle. It's odd that my experience with FedEX is so different to that of TNT because they are supposed to be the same company. Anyhow as an example I have a shipment with tracking number 105961161 that was shipped on Feb-06 2021. It sat in China for two weeks before moving off to Dubai. During that two week period I was able to pay customs and VAT and received a response from Olean Matsiari who is their "collection specialist" indicating that he had received my payment. Finally, when arriving in South Africa two weeks late, I am told that the shipment will not be delivered until I pay VAT and customs. Now I need to incur more delays while trying to reach them and once again, prove that payment has been made. If you have a time critical delivery DO NOT use TNT.
Had a parcel that their last mile carrier (zappex) failed to deliver saying that my address did not exist. Called them up and explained that I have had many, many deliveries made by them in the past and assured them that my address existed. They arranged for a different last mile carrier (fastway) to re-delivery my package. It did take a week and a half for the package to turn around but given the current circumstances with COVID-19 that is understandable. I now have my package and Buffalo did everything they said they would so that is 5 stars from me.

I have purchased quite a few rolls of PLA and PETG from FF. Steph is knowledgeable and helpful and the filament is generally very high quality. The colours in particular are vibrant. I did have a quality issue with one roll of PETG where it was extremely brittle but I have contacted Steph and informed him of the issue. He has committed to replacing the roll as soon as I can return it which counts as great customer service in my books. Will complete the story once I visit with the brittle roll.
I have been trying to cancel my Telkom Mobile 10GB + 10GB account for a month and a half. It is the R299pm option which only covers the data so there should be no cancellation penalty or any reason for Telkom to delay.

After waiting on the phone for someone to answer from the cancellations department for over 30 minutes I eventually gave up and selected to be put through to another department. Incidentally this department answered the call almost instantly...go figure. The woman from this department was able to provide me with the form that I had to complete in order to process the cancellation. I completed the form and then sent it back to her.

Some time later she responded saying that I had to send it to [Email Removed] I tried this but the mail kept on coming back saying that the mailbox was full...again, go figure...

I got charged for another month and so I once again tried to get through to someone in the cancellations department over the phone. Once again with no luck after many minutes of waiting. I have been spamming the cancellations email address almost once per day since then but I have still not heard a thing. This is really unacceptable.
