Supp**** with 2nd hand goods
I purchased an Aim 60 inch UHD TV online from Pick n Pay home (R4999). When it was delivered there was no manual, no *****s for the feet as well as some damaged internal packaging. The batteries were still inserted in the remote. This is obviously a customer returned item (most likely faulty). Very disappointed with this type of service. When a customer pays for a new item, that's exactly what they expect. Not a 2nd hand, possibly faulty item. Do not buy electronic or electrical goods from Pick n Pay home online because you won't know what you're getting. Huge disappointment

Dis-Chem drive thru test facilities
I have been a Dis-Chem customer for many years so when I needed a covid test I decided to use their online booking and drive through facility. I successfully registered and booked a time and venue. Nowhere on the website is the address of the venue(s) given, so I assumed it would be sms'ed to me (like their booking confirmations are etc). So I resorted to phoning Dis-Chem (in the area I chose on the web booking) I am told that they are not offering that test today (even though the website made the booking and confirmed it). What a useless facility...no wonder very few people are making use of their sites!

Highly satisfied customer
I have purchased filament online from Filament Factory on several occasions (PLA and ABS) and received great service on each occasion. Service is prompt and professional. Outstanding product quality. I will highly recommend them anytime.

No Telkom service
My phone line has been dead for almost a week. No voice or ADSL. I've used the online fault reporting (ref no ********** 5) several times but to no avail. Members of my household depend on Internet access for their income. Totally Useless service. Please do not subscribe to any of Telkoms services

Scammers and fraudsters
<p>I was contacted several times telephonically by MRPmobile call center sales staff. I agreed to take out contract phone (for R129 per month) as the deal seemed reasonable. A delivery date was given but nothing arrived. I was contacted a few weeks later by sales staff to inform me that the phone i had selected is out of stock (after deducting R45 from my bank account). I refused any other phone in its place and they were given instruction to cancel all deals (as they had breached their contract). Ever since MRPmobile has been ILLEGALLY deducting money each month from my bank account(R45) . Do not deal with these people and most of all DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS. These are scammers!!!! Do not even entertain their persistent call center sales staff.. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK or i will be forced to litigate.</p>

Mweb's misleading advertising
Mweb advertises UNCAPPED internet. This is the biggest case of misleading advertising and blatant fraud. Uncapped by definition : refers to an ADSL account that has no limit to the amount of data that can be downloaded for that line speed. There is a data limit (70GB) on Mwebs \uncapped"accounts"
