I would like to thank De Klerk for his speedy response and thank him for resolving the issue with my order, I'm really happy to buy from them again and will be buying some more products from them, i have also requested them to reserve 3 Bosch tool bags for me for my new tools, thanks again De Klerk for your assistance, much appreciated, pleasure to work with people that can assist customers in need
4 times now we have logged new calls and every time the calls get cancelled by the service provider, I'm going to make hisense famous, having decals made for my vehicle, will advertise how pathetic Hisense is
We have been struggling since November with a TV that keeps freezing and has to be factory reset every few days, Mahlubi solutions was send out then they blamed the remote, so we bought a new remote, guess what two days later same issue, we logged a call again, then the main board was replaced and behold 2 days after the TV freezes again, twice we logged calls now again and then Hisense opens a ticket wnd then shortly after it gets closed as customer cancelled, why would we log a call and then cancel for an ongoing fault that is not being sorted, they are running away from their responsibility to cover their warranty, please assist in having the issue resolved as I'm seriously thinking to take leagal action now

Hi all please avoid buying anything from Filament Factory, the guys name is Stephan Kotze and he is service is pathetic to say the least, he takes your money and promises to dispatch goods within 10 days, i placed an order on the 14th of September and paid in full, i still have not recieved my order and he refuses to take my calls, he send a mail saying that i cannot get a full refund, he charges a 35% handling fee, for what? Please stay away you order stuff and never get it and then he wants to take 35% of your money, please people lets put his name and company out there and help others to not fall into his trap!!!
Been struggling for months now with Hisense, the tv has a problem where it keeps changing the date and time and locks you out of everything, been going back and forth with Hisense SA and arrangements was made to send a tech out to me which i have been waiting for now for morecthan a month, then suddenly i recieve a sms and email stating the call has been closed, but yet no one has attended andvtoday the problem is back again, once again i had to factory reset my tv, this is an ongoing problem, please help mevgetvthis issue resolved
