Dear Capitec Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Capitec Bank regarding an ongoing issue with my account. Capitec Bank has unjustly frozen my account, accusing me of money laundering without any clear explanation or evidence. As a loyal customer, I feel deeply misused and unfairly treated, with the bank essentially treating me like a ********. Following the instructions from Capitec’s Head Office, I visited the branch for assistance, only to be told by the staff that they do not know how to resolve the matter. Despite my attempts to escalate the issue, I have been unable to get any meaningful response. I have requested management to contact me, but more than 3 hours have passed with no follow-up or resolution. This situation has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and the poor level of customer service provided by Capitec Bank. I am requesting immediate intervention to resolve this matter, as well as a formal explanation of why my account was frozen. Ordered PLA from Stephans website that stated there is stock available. on the 27 Dec 2018 made my payment and Whatsapp Stephan to confirm if I can collect. my order. Stephan informed we that there is no material in stock and that he will be getting in the 2nd of January and that he will need 2 days to complete the order. Yesterday Whatsapp Stephan to ask for an update of my order. Read the WhatsApp and did not reply anything. Today 7 of January 2018 Whatsapped again with no success. Will not recommend placing an order with Filament Factory. Lack of communication will be the downfall of this business.
