Filament Factory pathetic service
Hi all please avoid buying anything from Filament Factory, the guys name is Stephan Kotze and he is service is pathetic to say the least, he takes your money and promises to dispatch goods within 10 days, i placed an order on the 14th of September and paid in full, i still have not recieved my order and he refuses to take my calls, he send a mail saying that i cannot get a full refund, he charges a 35% handling fee, for what? Please stay away you order stuff and never get it and then he wants to take 35% of your money, please people lets put his name and company out there and help others to not fall into his trap!!!

10 Oct 2019, 07:01Please read the terms and conditions. You asked for a refund before the we were at 10 days and I gave it to you, that is your choice. This is not some trap, as a manufacturer actually making these products involves a long logistics train to acquire materials, packaging and scheduling.
