Debt review without consent

I got a call on Thursday 18 Sept 2025 from a Bongiwe Khumalo and just like other testimonies, sold me be a debt restructuring. Mentioned all the Acts and assured me that it is not a debt review but a reduction on my instalments. (Interest reduction)

I mentioned over and over again that I do not want nor need a debit review as I am paying my debts and she persistently affirmed that it is not a debt review.

On Friday morning 19 Sept 2025 someone else from the same company calls me with the same story but stops herself midsentence and tells me that, "Oh, I see you are already under debt review!'. I lost it and told her to remove my name from that nonsense as I do not need it. She promised to call me back but obviously did not. I called the company and asked to speak to Bongiwe and I was told there was no such person but after I asked again for them to clear my name off the debt review, they told me that they will get her to phone back.

She did call me, and I told her I am no longer interested, and she still insisted that it is not debt review despite what her colleagues said.

I reached out to the NCR and on Saturday 20 Sept 2025, I got another confirmation that indeed I was under debt review.

They do not even adhere to the cooling off period, since Friday morning to date I have been given the run around. Calls are no longer going through and WhatsApp's are being ignored.

Bongiwe Khumalo and Watson please remove that **** against my profile. You are evil and messing with people's vulnerability. I am paying my debts properly and you did not have to throw me under the bus like this.
