Turtle Finance what a scam shame on you

I really need help or advise. Last month i got contacted by a company called finance turtle which offered me loan, I was told to check online for their application form when i check online I tried to fill i. Their form but realize they were asking to many questions i immediately stop. Then suddenly this morning i realize they deducting R199 of my account. I do not know this R199 is for buy I need it to stop.
