I am very happy with the services which was provided by one of Rain agents by the name of Refilwe. She was patient and very polite. She was able to resolve my issue and connect my internet instantly.

I'm really disappointed in their service
I'm really disappointed in their service. Every month they make errors on my account and they don't attend to me immediately. Even when I try to call they will say they have escalated the matter but no one will call me from rain to follow up, instead I will have to call them again at my expense and be put on hold for 20minutes without any issues being resolved, or they say they will call me back but no one ever does. I'm really disappointed

They couldn't assist me regarding my account. I have been trying to call them for 3days now, and no one gets back to you, they rather put u on hold or transfer you and no one Assists

Loan Finder SA Scam
I just got an Alert for R395 from LoanFinder.. I do not know for what as i have no agreement woth them to debit any money from me.. The last time they called I told them that I was not interests din their services and the lady just hung up in my ear.. I want his money back all at once.. You can not scam.people and think its right.. Pay me my money back at once.

Turtle Finance what a scam shame on you
Hello Peter. I really need help or advise. Last month i got contacted by a company called finance turtle which offered me loan, I was told to check online for their application form when i check online I tried to fill i. Their form but realize they were asking to many questions i immediately stop. Then suddenly this morning i realize they deducting R199 of my account. I do not know this R199 is for buy I need it to stop.
