Turtle Finance what a scam shame on you
Hello Peter. I really need help or advise. Last month i got contacted by a company called finance turtle which offered me loan, I was told to check online for their application form when i check online I tried to fill i. Their form but realize they were asking to many questions i immediately stop. Then suddenly this morning i realize they deducting R199 of my account. I do not know this R199 is for buy I need it to stop.

Fraudilent deductions
I was browsing on their website. I started completing the easy online app for finance but could not finish and did not submit. I did not agree to any terms or deductions. At the end July I noticed that they have been deducting unauthorised amounts off my account for months.

Fraudulent debit
A few weeks ago I made an online enquiry with Finance Turtle. Shortly after my enquiry I received a couple of emails reminding me to complete my application and send through some documents. I totally ignored all those emails simply because I had changed my mind about applying for a loan. I logged on my online banking earlier today and to my surprise, there was a R199 debit order from Finance Turtle that I did not authorize. Who are these people??? And why am I being debited?? What service was rendered here exactly?? This is absolutely ridiculous.

Unauthorised deduction
Recently did an inquiry re a loan with Fin Turtle. Thats all it was. No arrangements were made as to the nature of the loan. To my dismay on 31st October there was a deduction of R199.00 from my bank account. This was totally unauthorised and sadly to say i have noticed a huge amount of related problems with Fin Turtle. i have subsequently stopped the debit order but would definitely like the money deducted paid back into my accoun.

Please be careful when applying for a loan at these crooks. They will most likely decline your loan but they hide certain facts in their terms and conditions allowing them to deduct R199 from your account and then R 99 per month. They actually do not do the loans themselves. They are only interested in obtaining the monthly fee.
