Great Great Great
After struggling for a month and a half with Afrihost I decided to switch and found Crisp Fibre. What a great company to work with. Now, less than a week later I'm up and running through them. Thank you guys so much for the great friendly service. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

POOR POOR POOR!!!
Why can't I give a 0 star? would be more appropriate. I've been waiting for over a month for my fiber installation. I know it is up to the isp to install the line, but 1 month? every time I make contact with them they say that the problem has been escalated but still, nothing happens. I'm so sick and tired of hearing their excuses. Stay away unless you never want internet.

Worst service ever.
I've been waiting for an installation on my line from 4 February 2021. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks.They mailed me on 16 February to confirm my line cancelation. I told them I didn't cancel the installation. Now I have to wat another 2 weeks. What kind of amatuer business are you guys running?

What a load of ****!! Thieves in the true sense
If there was a 0 star rating I would give them 0. These guys are thieves who steal your money!! They make you pay an initiation fee of R430 and then steal R99 a month for a year for absolutely NO SERVICES. Cool so you fell into the trap. Now you pay them a year for nothing. As they claim after a year it expires. Now they without consent, start another year and take R430 from your account. Watch out for these people!! They are nothing but thieves!!!

<p>This company is probably run by the ANC, because it is as corrupt as them. They make you fill in a form and before you know it you pay them for doing nothing. They just plain and simply steal your money. WATCH OUT FOR THEM!!! RED BINKING LIGHTS, SCAM ALERT, SCAM ALERT!!!!</p>
