WHAT A LOAD OF S#HT
Omw what a load of incompetent people. Rates are high, coverage is minimal and service is non existent. Can you believe, they can not refer me to a single hospital that does not have an admission fee (+/- R3000) that I would have to pay. And I had to ask multiple times just to get THAT information. Every doctor, pharmacy or dentist I have been to have told me this is the absolute worst medical aid you could possibly be on. Really people stay clear.

WASN'T ME
Went to the Vereeniging branch in December for something small. R10000.00 and several visits later I am still having problems. After the manager repeatedly told me it wasn't anything they worked on I took it to another place and was shown the problem is a clip on the brakes (that they worked on) that came loose as it was not the correct clip for my vehicle. I reported it to the head office a couple of days ago but I have not received a response.

Fraudilent deductions
I was browsing on their website. I started completing the easy online app for finance but could not finish and did not submit. I did not agree to any terms or deductions. At the end July I noticed that they have been deducting unauthorised amounts off my account for months.
