Unauthorised deduction
Recently did an inquiry re a loan with Fin Turtle. Thats all it was. No arrangements were made as to the nature of the loan. To my dismay on 31st October there was a deduction of R199.00 from my bank account. This was totally unauthorised and sadly to say i have noticed a huge amount of related problems with Fin Turtle. i have subsequently stopped the debit order but would definitely like the money deducted paid back into my accoun.

Brilliant service
<p>I recently bought a Proline cell phone from Matrix Warehouse and less than a week after purchase the phone refused to power up. Returned said phone to Matrix where the service was shocking to say the least. I contacted Franscois at Pinnacle and without hesitation he helped and assisted in solving my problem. I received my new phone on Saturday 03/09 and couldn't be more thankful to Franscois and Pinnacle for the service.</p> <p> </p>

Shocking after sales service
<p>I recently bought a Proline XM-502 cell phone from Matrix Warehouse Belairs. Started using it 2 days after I bought it. 2 days later it doesn't power up. I returned it, and basically was told you just have to wait until we can check it. I subsequently contacted the supplier Pinnacle who immediately said it should be a straight swop out. Matrix insisted that I wait (extremely rudely I might add) . They have a total I don't care attitude. Once they received my new phone they still kept me waiting another day before I could collect it. On collecting it I was not even greeted by shop staff. Was made to feel like I was a criminal. This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from Matrix and would advise others to avoid if possible.</p> <p> </p>
