Ordered and paid for Steam Disinfectant Cleaner which included 4 sofa and upholstery spray bottle - order 1485 in November and still not had delivery. Absolutely shocking how many ****mers there are out there.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST **** EVER HAS HELLOPETER GOT ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS COMPANY AS IT SEEMS THEY ARE STILL TRADING WOULD LIKE SOME FEEDBACK FROM HELLOPETER WHAT IS THE USE OF LODGING A COMPLAINT AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE SEEM LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME ISSUES

I placed an order with them 21/11/2025. It was shipped on 02/12/2025 with shipping number UU845532774CN . I then received another mail on 15/01/2026 to say that the original shipment had been lost and another one was being shipped. I requested a new tracking number - never heard from the, I then received a mail advising me that the parcel had arrived at a pick up point on 23.01.2026. I asked where the pick up point is ,on the same date, and have received no reply. Looking at all the all reviews , I suspect that this is a **** as they have never responded to my mails.

Ordered second week of December 2025. Have not received it as yet on 30 January 2026. Seems to be stranded in Guangzhou, China. Maybe not paid the transport or export costs. They don't respond to any emails. Seems to be *****ulent company. Don't buy from them.

i bought item. December. 2025. app shows last movement 31 December. last email says couriernlosy packages they have to resend. but 2 weeks later no new tracking nr from them. seems this is. a ****.
