I was also ****med by them during December 2025. I ordered a window washer and trying to get hold of them after many mails false tracking details no reply . Will definitely open a case
I have to get hold of support for the past 2 and half months. I couldn't use my internet up to now. I have also sent emails with no luck. When calling sales o yes they do answer but they just say sorry I put you through. So, using my airtime, I am waiting for someone to answer. I also received a email's with payment due date. They need to pay me. This is ridiculous they have to cancel this with immediate effect and no debit to debit from my bank account.
