I've ordered and paid for 1,300 A5 stickers. Deon Manas, their sales executive promised delivery within 3 days after receipt of payment which was done on 1 July at 10h00. They are still not finished with the job, they don't return calls, useless service & *********** management. I have not experienced such bad service for a very long time. Shame on you. I will never use them again.

This is by far the worst company ever.They are super racist,they do not even own a BEE certificate. Just employing whites and coloureds. The big bosses,recently sent out letters or no wait contracts to all employees,stating that their salaries are being cut. I mean,there are people with excellent experience that have to work their butts off for average or even less salaries than their qualifications. They want the employers to work all month,everyday and when it comes to pay day,they say there's no money to pay the employees,they need to wait. But the big boss can buy MacBooks for himself and management,but can't pay his staff. No wonder clients are declining what they have to offer. Cause they're expensive for cheap quality work. Don't ever make use of this company. Don't know why they don't just close their doors.

Excellent service & product. Staff are friendly and very fast with your designs. I did a few jobs through them and they are always willing to assist and go the extra mile. I have also done my business cards through them (after going through 2 other companies with very disappointing results), but 3rd time lucky I guess and Fineline print excelled in exactly what I was looking for! Cannot wait to start handing out my cards! Definitely worth your time and money.

Excellent service & product. Staff are friendly and very fast with your designs. I did a few jobs through them and they are always willing to assist and go the extra mile. <p>It is so disgusting to give business to a company like FINELINE PRINT , i gave them work to do for my business on Monday and up untill today they are playing hide and sick with me. The receptionist keeps cutting the phone on me as soon as she realised that it is me on the line. The sales lady refuse to take my call! The graphic designer sent me **** work and when i told them that i do not like the work and the colors they told me that if i want a good look i shoul pay more money like R1500! They are not proffessional at all ! Poor Service,I will never recomend anyone to use them untill they upgrade their Customer service Angry Client!</p>

We requested a quote simply for business cards. Received the quote - paid deposit. They made an error with the quote and simply tried to blame us, the customer, because we should of realized the quote was far too cheap. <br> Two weeks later and they did not bother to apologise and I am still waiting on my refund. <br> Overall bad service, bad follow up and not a Company I will ever support again (even though we have supported them for years) <br> The complaint was forwarded to the owner of the company who did not even both replying or apologising.
