Very bad bussines practice
Very bad bussiness pratice My fine was paid on Fines SA within the due date but on the city of capetown website there is no update of the payment made a month later which resulted me having to pay the fine again on our city of cape town website as i have received a summons for non payment and a court date was set to appear due to this . I am going to take this further as this is not my mistake and uneccesary effort and time . Now i dont even know if i am going to get my money back . So this service that you offer is a total waste of valuable time and only causes problems for the user of this service .

We completely understand how frustrating and stressful this situation must have been, especially receiving a summons and court date after believing your fine was already settled.At Fines SA, we process fines in bulk in order to secure discounted rates for our clients. Because of this bulk submission process with the City, payments can take up to ±30 working days to reflect on the City of Cape Town system. This delay does not mean your payment was not made — it is simply due to the clearing and allocation process taking slightly longer than usual.That said, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and stress this has caused you. That was never our intention.If you have since made a second payment directly on the City of Cape Town website, please email us: help@finessa.co.za or accounts@finessa.co.za
