I have paid my account up last year march they were going to close it . Couple of months later it still shows monthly fees on my credit profile this has dropped credit score due to this i speak to your agents they send me emails paid the fee was never closed and he stopped communicating with me i though this was again resolved to my suprise the account is still open when i checked . I cant understand how things are done here it the third time now lets say the fee is settled again what do i do about my credit score being affected .althoug it has been paid in full by me and account closure requested two times in a row .
Very bad bussiness pratice My fine was paid on Fines SA within the due date but on the city of capetown website there is no update of the payment made a month later which resulted me having to pay the fine again on our city of cape town website as i have received a summons for non payment and a court date was set to appear due to this . I am going to take this further as this is not my mistake and uneccesary effort and time . Now i dont even know if i am going to get my money back . So this service that you offer is a total waste of valuable time and only causes problems for the user of this service .
