My cellphone was ****** at work, on the 13th of May and I made an insurance claim at Telkom All Risk Insurance underwritten by Old Mutual with all the necessary documents, on the 17th and until today I have not received any positive feedback. I have been trying to make contact with them but they always say they are still assessing the claim. I have been without a cellphone for more than 2 weeks now and it's frustrating. I have been paying the insurance for almost 2 years now, I am really disappointed.
