My cellphone was ****** at work, on the 13th of May and I made an insurance claim at Telkom All Risk Insurance underwritten by Old Mutual with all the necessary documents, on the 17th and until today I have not received any positive feedback. I have been trying to make contact with them but they always say they are still assessing the claim. I have been without a cellphone for more than 2 weeks now and it's frustrating. I have been paying the insurance for almost 2 years now, I am really disappointed.
My account was stopped in 2020 and I have been calling capitec several times but I didn't get any help and I need this account. Please help me
We have been calling eskom from Monday the 4th of December and nothing has been done I don't know maybe is it because we are in Rural erea.why do we buy electricity if we are not going to get help when we need them this is not acceptable at all .I'm in Ndwedwe Matholamnyama area
Hey I'm very disappointed with picknPay in Florida Road I bought 5kg chicken and it old it has no blood in' it the meet is just white and now I can not go back to Florida because I'm in Pinetown so I will like to exchange it in Pinetown I can't drive such a long distance for a mistake that is not even mine but all in all I'm super disappointed with picknPay
On Monday last week we were involved in a bus accident in Johannesburg ,during that day in the morning a lady come to the hospital to take my information and she sad she was going to give me a call she works with Eagles Liner because I lost some of my things during the accident but no one called, ok that ok I toke my bus ticket to call the company no luck I sent an email. The following day I got an email saying I need to re-send the mail because the customer service was not available during that time which was 7pm , ok I broke my leg in that accident I need a case number but I'm not getting anything for them, and that bus didn't have lights, a charger plug for such a long distance I'm very disappointed in Eagle liner it was my first time . A booking was made for Premier Court apartment/hotel through Agoda, at arrival it was just a rented flat and there is no reception where we could ask questions and there was no contact number provided for us to make calls. We stood outside for almost 2 hours trying to contact Agoda, they tried to solve the issue but now they are saying there will be charges associated with the cancelation. And I had to book again all I want is my money
My capitec account has been suspended and i don't know why
