I'm writing this review as a warning to others after a very bad dining experience at Fireroom, Castle Gate that left us severe stomach cramps and diarrhea for 24-48 hours. Despite its upscale reputation, the food served was clearly not handled or prepared with the care one would expect from a high-end establishment.
The symptoms started hours after our meal, and what followed was a night of intense discomfort. Given the timing, it's evident that the food was the culprit. All of us got sick. This is unacceptable, especially considering the prices and the expectation of quality that comes with dining at such a restaurant.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the manager to report the incident and express our concerns, I was met with empty promises. He (Shaun) assured me he would get back to me, but I've yet to hear from him, even after I went to the Restaurant to speak to him in person. It's disappointing that a restaurant of this caliber fails not only in its food safety but also in customer care.
We hope the management takes immediate action to review their food safety protocols and improve their communication with regular customers.
