Poor service at fireroom - Zimbali

Our experience at Fireroom Sushi and Grill in Zimbali was extremely disappointing. Although our team had made a booking well in advance, the service we received upon arrival was far below expected standards. The staff appeared disorganized and confused, resulting in multiple errors with our orders. I did not receive the meal I had requested, and overall service lacked coordination and attention.

Due to the poor experience, we were ultimately forced to relocate to a second venue. This was highly inconvenient and reflected negatively on what was meant to be an enjoyable outing.
