Bought a Jacket online on the 05.06.2025, to realise that I was double charged. This was due to a malfunction on their system (which I was told)
It is the 1st of July 2025 and still waiting for my refund. When I first emailed them regarding this, all they could say was that the Refunds would be processed shortly (24 June 2025)
Last email received now is that I have to wait for the appropriate person.
It feels like this appropriate person don't give a **** about its customers but only sales...
