Bought a Jacket online on the 05.06.2025, to realise that I was double charged. This was due to a malfunction on their system (which I was told) It is the 1st of July 2025 and still waiting for my refund. When I first emailed them regarding this, all they could say was that the Refunds would be processed shortly (24 June 2025) Last email received now is that I have to wait for the appropriate person. It feels like this appropriate person don't give a **** about its customers but only sales... SOUR TASTE ON THIS PRODUCT...
Good Day, I ordered a world cup football and paid extra to get it in 3 hrs, I needed it urgently as it was a gift. Got the ball in time. When I opened the box the ball was a bit dirty but that wasn't the problem. I pumped up the ball and you could hear that there was a hole in it. Clearly this ball has been returned before. Got hold of the customer care and now I wait for it to be picked up and then it must be checked first. Its been a week and nothing has happened. Birthday gift is long time gone! I really hope to get this 2018 world cup ball before the next world cup!
Would like to compliment on the service I received at the Canal Walk branch, especially from Stanley (Assistant Manager) Went for an upgrade. I wasn't able to get it as it wasn't loaded onto the system. (Vodacom issue) I was very irritated about it but the way Stanley handled it I was impressed. He kept me updated all the time and made it happen as soon as possible. Apple iStore, Give that man a bells...
I ordered from Milnerton store which is 3,5 km from my office. (next time i shouldn't be lazy) I have been waiting for 1:10 for the order to be delivered. I called the store to be told that they are short of drivers and order is still sitting at store. Now its been 1:30 min... ***???
<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissapointed with the experience I received earlier.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a call about 2 weeks ago from Vodacom Business (KELVIN) offering me an extra data package. I responded that I would only be interested with new packages once I'm due for an upgrade.</p> <p>He said that I would qualify for a pre mature upgrade on month 17 which is on the 1st March 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Kelvin again yesterday 28 February 2017 to confirm if all was in order and if I could still go ahead. He confirmed that there would be no issues and that I could go do the pre mature upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have just come back from the store and have been denied an upgrade.</p> <p>Not only have I wasted time in going to a store and phoning around, I felt like a complete idiot when it was declined. Especially when the sales person at the store had everything ready for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain how can Vodacom have a salesperson in your BUSINESS section making a mistake like this...</p> <p> </p>
Very dissapointed with the service that i am receiving from Standard Bank.<br> <br> I closed a Blue Bean credit card in 25 June 2014.<br> <br> I am in the process of buying a car (which i was approved for) and now its come up that i have a credit card in arrears.<br> Apparently a late transaction was put in November. No one from Standard Bank has ever gotten back to me.<br> <br> Now because of this I might loose the deal. I have spoken to card division and they confirmed in writing about the issue. Still i am sitting here waiting for the go ahead for the purchase of the car.<br> <br> I have been a customer with Standard Bank for a while and no they treat a person like this.<br> <br> <br> <br>
