First Ascent online shop 3 days to confirm an order

First Ascent online store is very slow. I thought I was being **********. 3 business days later I got confirmation of my order.

I ordered two items on the 27/03. My account was debited and did not receive a confirmation of my order. I sent in a ticket that said I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours. I wasnt contacted, I thought I was being ****med/**********. On the 3rd business day I called. They told me my order only came through on the 1st April.

First Ascent quality is lovely. Just know the online store is slow and support is not fast.
