This is a ****. They ****med me out of my money. I booked with them in August to go on holiday in December and paid the amount they requested. Then, on October 30, they told me they had canceled my booking because I didn’t qualify and that they would refund me ASAP. Since then, they have been making excuses, telling me I would receive my money by the end of the day. Even today, I have not received my refund, and they no longer answer my calls or respond to my messages. The consultant's name is Denver J. Kisten, his supervisor is Makayla, and the manager is Graig Russell.
