This is a ****. They ****med me out of my money. I booked with them in August to go on holiday in December and paid the amount they requested. Then, on October 30, they told me they had canceled my booking because I didn’t qualify and that they would refund me ASAP. Since then, they have been making excuses, telling me I would receive my money by the end of the day. Even today, I have not received my refund, and they no longer answer my calls or respond to my messages. The consultant's name is Denver J. Kisten, his supervisor is Makayla, and the manager is Graig Russell. I have proof, certificate they send me, proof of payment, WhatsApp messages and recordings of their empty promises Don’t fall for them like I did

Worst service ever from Makro, we bought a Russell Hobbs stainless steel kettle on the 27th March 2022 at makro wonderboom. On 23rd May 2022 which is 3 months later the kettle just stopped working. Someone might say maybe it's because of power cuts(load shedding) but where I stay we do not have power cuts(load shedding). So the next day on the 24th May 2022 we returned the kettle to Makro, the kettle has been sitting with them ever since that day. I called them on 03 June 2022 and told them I want my money back. Because I have been sitting for two weeks without a kettle and I have a baby who is on formula and I need a kettle. I have been using a stove to boil water which is very costly. They are taking their time. So all I want is to be reimbursed, compensated for extra cost I incurred for using my stove to boil water and the inconvenience caused to me and my family. They may keep that kettle. When I call them they are telling me about the supplier. I told them I didn't buy that kettle from their supplier but I bought it from them so they must not tell me about their supplier and refund me.
Its been two weeks now trying to make calls and receive calls on my phone and cant hear the people I am trying to call or who have called but they can hear me when I speak. I first thought it was my phone that had a problem only to find out that several people from where I stay are also having the very same problem with the Vodacom network. I called the Vodacom costumer care centre for assistance they told me to get three neighbours who are going through the same problem, I did as they asked then they changed they story and now said I should get Five people. My neighbour called the customer care and they said to her they will call her at 7PM two days back even now she is waiting for the call from the lady who assisted her. They then said we must be in the area that is having the problem but how could we have called if we cant take out calls or receive calls from that very area. I have lost many clients because of this problem, the Vodacom number is the one I use for business.We are planning to change our network and advice those using Vodacom to do the same because of the bad service we received from them. what is the use of having a phone you cant take out or receive calls from
