Fnb insurance is the worst insurance ever i was given courtesy car and was due Sunday as per agreement then since i know the car was due Sunday i had funeral to attend in other province of which it will take me 12 hours to came back then i receive email telling me that the courtesy is terminated i had to return car Saturday mind u im not in the same province that i took the car told myself i will drive back to province took the car early hours to cut story short. Since they decided to terminate the courtesy i was never even informed mayb 48 hours that they will terminate courtesy car and its not like the car was back to panel beater. And when i called the call center claim department im not happy how they handle the process when i asked to claim consultate if had she follow up the panel beater regarding with my car she told me it's not her duty to follow up and i ask who took the car to that panel beater im not happy at all claim department need to empowered on how to work with clients. And i had to pay extra on avis coz brought car late professionalism is needed you cannot book me courtesy car and when u feel like you just terminate saying u calculated wrong coz now u expect me to cut everything so i can return the car nooooo. If FNI not improving will loose lot of clients,we go for service where our need i considered. Thank u im ****ed.
