Ispeak to Tulie at FNB LIFE policy at 15h30. And confirm that Our policy will be R1303.97 for both of us because me and my son bought townhouse together. We said no and get a policy from Better life. . We phone in speak to Rosetta at FNB LIFE 1. 2 2022 After bond aproved at FNB she confirm that FNB Life cover approved for permently dissabilit, tempery dissabilit and Tetrence for both of us. She help us to get a cession letter from FNB to cancell the betterlife policy. WHY MUST I TELL FNB LIFE THAT I IS PERMANTLY DISABIL IN 2019. THAT MUST THEY SEE ON MY PROFILE. AND I BELIEVE I TELL HER FROM MY DEPRESSION. NOW THAT I WANT TO CLAIM THEY ONLY CATCH UP THAT I WAS IN 2019 PERMENT DISSABILITY AFTER 18 MONTH I PAY MY LIFE COVER ON TIME. BERNEDETTE PHONE ME LAST WEEK TO SAY CLAIM DECLINED. SHE WILL SEND ME A LETTER WHAT STATE THIS DECLINED. MONDAY the 28 of August I phone in speak to Nomcebo said that they still busy finialize my claim they will phone me on monday or Tuesday with the resolve. Tuesday morning I phone again speak to Sambo he said that is finallized and they defnitily will phone me. Late that afternoon he phone also back and said my claim is declined. I said the same thing to him that I need urgent my letter because I want to put in a complain in. Want the letter befor 16h00. This morning 30. 8 2023 i send a email back to fnb life to said why I need that letter because want to complain and even put on the email why. I get a responce email with a ref no. Re: MP02DR68 : - FNBREF#181081315 they receiveid email but untill now they didnt come back to me. I bank no 30 years at FNB and I will never say to people to go to FNB LIFE. THEY GOOD TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO CLAIM THEY THE WORSE. Complains department phone after see this on Hello peter that the going to admit the claim again. Benedette phone me today 19 Sept 2023 15:39 To say claim declined. Nobody can tell me if this the first claim after I put it Hello Peter. Now they want to change my policy only to life cover. They say I did say I am a Pensioner. I also forgot about 2019. But that must show on my profile with FNB. Now they want to change my policy to only life cover. And everybofy in FNBLIFE SO CONFUSE NOBODY CAN TELL ME THIS BEFORE I USE HELLO PETER OR AFTER. HOW DIFFICULD CAN THAT BE. PLESSE PLEASE DON'T EVER TAKE A FNB LIFE COVER OUT. LOT OF PEOPLE TELL ME THAT AND I DIDNT LISTEN. I CAN FORWARD TO YOU MY POLICY THAT THEY COVER FOR DISSABILITY GRAND IN 2021. WHY DIDN'T THEY CATCH UP I DID CLAIM IN 2019. Fnb insurance is the worst insurance ever i was given courtesy car and was due Sunday as per agreement then since i know the car was due Sunday i had funeral to attend in other province of which it will take me 12 hours to came back then i receive email telling me that the courtesy is terminated i had to return car Saturday mind u im not in the same province that i took the car told myself i will drive back to province took the car early hours to cut story short. Since they decided to terminate the courtesy i was never even informed mayb 48 hours that they will terminate courtesy car and its not like the car was back to panel beater. And when i called the call center claim department im not happy how they handle the process when i asked to claim consultate if had she follow up the panel beater regarding with my car she told me it's not her duty to follow up and i ask who took the car to that panel beater im not happy at all claim department need to empowered on how to work with clients. And i had to pay extra on avis coz brought car late professionalism is needed you cannot book me courtesy car and when u feel like you just terminate saying u calculated wrong coz now u expect me to cut everything so i can return the car nooooo. If FNI not improving will loose lot of clients,we go for service where our need i considered. Thank u im ****ed.

Its so sad the treatment i received from FNB insurance i enquire about the status of the Vehicle as they took to panel beater the consultant tell me it is not their responsibility to check the status with panel beater i was shock and we throw each other but i ask her who arranged the panel beater if not ur responsibility. To top it all the curtase car was due to be return on Sunday FNB cut it off send me a msg that is terminated to be submitted on Saturday not even gave 24 hours i was not even in the area where i took the car FNB insurance they staff/ consultants they are too rude customers services training is needed especially to NE. Im not happy at all with service

good day.i have lodged a claim in April 2022 claim number 46054.to my disssatisfaction my claim has not been resloved. Not so happy with fnb my debit is for the last day but the debit went on the 24th my account is in a minus cause there no money and u charge that stupid R115. So please tell me why was my account debited so early

I tried now since the beginning of January 2021 to get FNBLife and MomentumAspire to proper respond to my query regarding our life policy and if I get a response and I responded to them with more info they still cannot finilize my query. I come now to that stage that I will hand this issue over to LegalWise for their assistance.

I applied for a life cover.and submitted my medical records in March,to date the application is still hanging.i have called and send emails nothing.i contacted my banker which promised to come back to me.but still nothing.kantui what is going on here
