We phone in speak to Rosetta at FNB LIFE 1. 2 2022 After bond aproved at FNB she confirm that FNB Life cover approved for permently dissabilit, tempery dissabilit and Tetrence for both of us. She help us to get a cession letter from FNB to cancell the betterlife policy. WHY MUST I TELL FNB LIFE THAT I IS PERMANTLY DISABIL IN 2019. THAT MUST THEY SEE ON MY PROFILE. AND I BELIEVE I TELL HER FROM MY DEPRESSION.
NOW THAT I WANT TO CLAIM THEY ONLY CATCH UP THAT I WAS IN 2019 PERMENT DISSABILITY AFTER 18 MONTH I PAY MY LIFE COVER ON TIME.

This morning 30. 8 2023 i send a email back to fnb life to said why I need that letter because want to complain and even put on the email why. I get a responce email with a ref no. I bank no 30 years at FNB and I will never say to people to go to FNB LIFE. THEY GOOD TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO CLAIM THEY THE WORSE.
