Its so sad the treatment i received from FNB insurance i enquire about the status of the Vehicle as they took to panel beater the consultant tell me it is not their responsibility to check the status with panel beater i was shock and we throw each other but i ask her who arranged the panel beater if not ur responsibility. To top it all the curtase car was due to be return on Sunday FNB cut it off send me a msg that is terminated to be submitted on Saturday not even gave 24 hours i was not even in the area where i took the car FNB insurance they staff/ consultants they are too rude customers services training is needed especially to NE. Im not happy at all with service
