Sitting for more than an hour just to collect an if.this sucks.
Becareful when you take i surance with them.they dont pay.excuses after excuses.they declined my claim.on basis that they dont insure second hand phones but they were debiting my account allbthese years.and they promise to refund me all my premiums.Since early september i o ly got 6 premiums out of 23.ive been sending them messages all in vain.worse insurance ever
Yhooo I hate coming to this bank when there was a live rugby match.we were not attended.when I complained I was told by an official that fnb is the sponsor of the rugby.my question was why they dont close shop if .if they are going to watch rugby not attending clients.i was shocked when I asked for the manager that she was the part of the crew.this is so not on.client service is on another level in this bank.i had to questions twice because I wanted foreign then youth card.

The claim presses is tedious as you are not allowed to contact them.they will ask you one question.and you will wait as they will andlswer after three or 4 days with another question.its been a month now since I've lodged a claim.still answering one by one question. Yet when debating your account they dont hesitate.
