I deposited a R1000 and won money then when i tried to withdraw money they said I must deposit more to be able to make a withdrawal The the was a mistake i made on my acoount number the they said in order for me to be able to fix it I must deposit another R1400 then i had to follow steps to withdraw my money that was not clear and now theres another problem nou they want me to deposit another 3000 to be able to get my money that i won What can I do

I joined promised a bonus after I.deposit R50 honestly there's nothing bonus I called to ask for my bonus spins I was told they no longer ha e it,then I was told to.play R1 on my credits left and I only had 32c left it means im not gonna get it

Lulabet went down hill
Not very happy. The customer service is horrible. I deposit money in my acohnt and played through to get my 20 free spins on sweet bonanza for new years and they cant find it on their side? I made money and lost which is fine but I expected my bonus spins. I wasted money on a website I wo t be going. Again. Never got my fre3 spins, talked to a robot, there was no promo code. I followed the terms and conditions which I needed to send to them which is odd and ask me about what abouns I activated which there is none. Unprofessional. ****mers

Disgrace disgusting dishonest
Can there be a minus zero star for this site It's horrible You ask for 3 month statement because legally you need to submit statements to report them because wow R18000 worth of deposits yet there are no big wins now they have added habenero which is way worse honestly feel like it's rigged they investigate but yet still you loose these sites need to be checked evaluated and flagged extremely disappointed as a popular punter vra Rob actually promotes this site but seriously needs to stop because they lethal

Unauthorized deposits
Lulabets i deposited money once to my account then later over 200k worth money left my account as if i have authorised from Lulabets. I was literally ****med by lulabets.
