Lulabets and FNB e-wallet ****s

This company don't even deserve a 1 star. People they take your money and if you lucky to win you can't even withdrawal the funds from FNB wallet. Says incorrect pin or number. They are ****mers.

OUTSURANCE SERVICE

The service I received was exceptional. I had initially considered canceling my insurance to switch to a lower-premium provider, Naked. However, Tiffany Webbs guided me through my options and convinced me to remain with the Outsurance family. She assisted me in securing a lower premium and addressed all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.

VOX FIBRE PLANS

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from Vox. I contacted the team to request a downgrade to a more affordable plan, but was informed that the 30/30 line option is only available for new installations. If customer retention is a priority, I would expect some flexibility in assisting existing clients as well. Afrihost is offering me the same service at a significantly lower cost, reducing my monthly subscription by nearly R350 compared to what I am currently paying with Vox. When I informed the sales consultant that I intended to cancel my line, no alternative solutions or options were offered. As a result, I am now required to pay an additional month of almost R800, as well as a cancellation fee of R1,100. I should have done my homework beforehand.

CAR TRACK - DASHCAM SALES

Please do not be influenced by their sales pitch regarding the dashcam. In my experience, the conversation held prior to signing the contract was not recorded, and as a result, I was charged an additional R180 instead of the initially promised R28. I immediately cancelled my subscription and tracking services and, unfortunately, had to pay a cancellation fee of R2,650. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be doing business with this company again.

CLICKS WORSE SERVICE EVER

CLICKS PHARMACY - guys do yourselves a favor and rather just hand in your script at Dischem. THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AT KARAGLEN EDENVALE - THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU GET THROUGH THEY PLACE THE PHONE ONE SIDE - NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY HALLO PLEASE HOLD. AND TO GO IN AND WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR IS NOT AN OPTION. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE AND CLICKS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DRASTICALLY MAKE A CHANGE TO THIS!

So many people warned me not to go to MWEB - The service sucks. one just cant get hold of anyone to assist. I REQUESTED MY plan to change and guess what: still the same billing this month with increased amount.
