This is a ****. Isnt there anyone that can stop them for taking money, they need to be arrested. You cant withdraw anything. They add another digit to your account number. Then telling you deposit another 2400 to correct that. This is daylight ******* and *****
Good day This is the worst company ever, where can we complaint about Attorneys harassing you over and over again. I've send them everything and every time they keep on phoning and harassing. Isn't there a Bar or something to take away their license for harassment? They just don't care and don't listen or do their job properly.
Good day, <br> Our company recently port 7 numbers to Vodacom due to MTN's bad signal and reception. It's been a week or more that Vodacom struggles to port these numbers. The handsets weren't delivered as promised on time. 5 numbers has been activated so far, if i want to add recurring data, and change the limit as the limits set by Vodacom is really high and ridiculous, and open the Caller ID Line, Vodacom Customer Service keeps on transferring me from one person and department to another. I did phone 082 1940 but as soon as they see more than one line, they transfer me. Then I've tried to register on line, but when you must verify your email the link doesn't even work. This is really frustrating. MTN HAVE THE WORST SIGNAL AND RECEPTION BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, ONLY ONE EMAIL AND EVERYTHING IS SORTED VIA EMAIL IMMEDIATELY. WHY IS VODACOM SO FAR BEHIND.
Good day, <br> IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH THAT MTN DON'T RESPOND TO MY QUERY OF RIDICULOUSLY INCORRECT BILLING. THE ESCALATE IT TO ONE MANAGER TO ANOTHER AND NO SERVICE AT ALL AND NOTHING GETS DONE AT ALL. THEY VERY QUICK TO TAKE OFF INCORRECT DEBIT ORDERS BUT VERY SLOW TO SORT OUT THEIR MISTAKES. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT BEFORE THE NEXT DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF. <br> <br> THIS IS REALLY BAD SERVICE. MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER AND WITH THE WORST SIGNAL IN SA.
Good day<br> <br> After 2 months of ridiculous high billing to Data, we did everything in our power to stop that. Even loaded extra Data Bundles before the limit were reach. On 19 August 2015 I did contact Loise from Cell Network and asked her on what the usage stand, it were on 103mb, She did load 2GB data bundle extra on top of that, while we waited for the sim card to migrate to 5GB and put a limit on that. End of the month they deducted 19812.10. How is it possible after we made sure everything is in place, when we contact MTN the credit controller no response. I want to know what is going on and want a full data usage report for May, June, July and August as this is ridiculous. MTN really have the worst service, NO SIGNAL 90% of the day, it's just terrible to be with this network that doesn't care.
