Mtn service is not acceptable. I have made payment to mtn Banking details were provided by mtn consultant only to find out the incorrect details were given.they refuse to re fund my funds neither are they willing to re connect my services.numerous calls and email sent out.payment was made on 6th November to date nothing has been done to rectify this.maud shabalala from mtn has been trying to assist me but still I am going in circles.i have attempted to get in touch with customer care still nothing has been done seems like this is false advertising and I would like to report them for flare advertising
good day.i have lodged a claim in April 2022 claim number 46054.to my disssatisfaction my claim has not been resloved. Numerous attempts made to make contact but was unsuccessfull.still continue to debit for the insurance.i have requested policy documnets numerous times,i have made numerous calls and to date no assisatnce or feed back or nothing.I as a client feel violated in the manner which this matter is ongoing. can anyone assisit me or can i kindly cancel this policy & then speak to a legal consultant or should i go to the ombudsman. regards S.SHEIK 081 777 0428
Good day I have a policy with sanlam indie over 2 years now. Service is pathetic and they refuse to respond to me but are very quick to debut my account. I have been trying to contact them but via email they say not allowed to call clients. But I was called to take policy out Can I report to ombudsman or ??? Please advise
I have taken policy in feb 2019.to date indie cannot get my info correct. I have sent numerous emails and was unsuccessful.can i get assistance & is this the type of service provided by Sanlam,it is pathetic & i will never recommend anyone take a policy with Sanlam Indie.my money is already invested so.....do i go on social media & disclose the pathetic sluggish behavior from staff that are clearly incompetent.
Old mutual service is pathetic and cold. I have tried number times calling and to date not even an email. I find this dissapointing as i have paid this policy for many years but not a single employee can resolve my issues. Pathetic and can i report them to ombudsman
<p>I have a green light policy for the last 3 years.I am currently unemployed but no assistance as I need to make payments via cash. To date no Contact made with the person I took the policy keep advise me it's sorted but to my dismay he is dishonest. Please cab I be assisted to resolve this issue.
